Medy Hassan OAM is the Founder of Haus Holdings and Cofounder of Vitae Capital (and its subsidiary companies). A leader in social enterprise, private equity, and complex urban and infrastructure projects, he applies commercial strategy to achieve strong financial performance alongside meaningful social and environmental outcomes. His work is defined by a commitment to reimagining traditional paradigms across equity, property, and venture markets.

With more than 25 years’ experience across government, corporate institutions, and private investors, Medy has led over $3 billion in investments and transactions. He is widely recognised as a national advocate for diversity, inclusion, and belonging, and is known for driving innovation, sustainability, and global excellence through collaborative leadership.

Medy received the Medal of the Order of Australia in 2021 and serves as a Council Member of the University of Canberra. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society and the Australian Institute of Building, and an Adjunct Professor at universities in Australia and internationally.
